BOOKING PAYMENT AND MISCELLANEOUS

You can proceed with the reservation by contacting us directly by phone or email.

Subsequently we will send you an email to block the room or apartment with the instructions for sending the deposit or down payment necessary for the final confirmation of the stay; generally an amount of approximately 30% of the total for each room or apartment.

The payment must be made as per the methods indicated on the email no later than the date indicated. Any exceptions must be agreed in advance with the management.

CASH

Cash payments. Conversion into law of the milleproroghe decree. The terms of effect of the rule that reduces the threshold for the use of cash, which already entered into force on 1 January last, are extended by one year. Therefore, for the year 2022, the threshold value beyond which the ban on the transfer of cash between different subjects is applied is again set at 2000 euros (Article 49, paragraph 3 bis, of Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2007). The threshold will be reduced from 2,000 to 1,000 euros with effect from 1 January 2023.

What about the deposit?

Here too, we have given priority to your peace of mind and security. That’s why we won’t be asking for a deposit until 28 February 2022.

What about cancellations?

If your holiday is cancelled and you notify us within 28 days of your arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full.

fully refunded. If, however, you cancel your booking with less than 28 days to arrival, we will only process the deposit. What about cancellations due to COVID-19 restrictions?

You will be able to request a full refund of your deposit up to the day before check-in if the cancellation is due to an order/decree signed by your Region of residence or the Mayor of your Municipality of residence or the President of the Council, prohibiting your departure from your Region or country of residence.

HOLIDAY INSURANCE

You have the possibility to take out insurance with Allianz Global Assistance in the event of cancellation, interruption of stay, delayed arrival, 24H assistance, medical expenses.

 

BALANCE

Anyone wishing to pay their account by bank transfer must do so on arrival.

Anyone wishing to pay the bill by credit card (we do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINERS) or debit card or cash can do so at any time of the stay.

Bank checks are not accepted.

CITY TAX

Please note that the tourist tax is not included in the price; the municipal regulation provides for those staying in hotels its cost is € 1.40 per day per person for the first seven days; for the Residence the cost is 1.00 euro per day per person for the first seven days.

The tax is not applicable under the age of fourteen.
